DELIVERY INFORMATION
On receipt of a confirmed order, we aim to despatch the same or next working day. This will be dependent on the time the order is placed.
Orders will be sent by either Royal Mail or My Hermes (Standard Delivery) depending on the number of jars ordered. Please see below details for prices.
1 Jar/item – Delivery: £3.95 – Royal Mail
2 Jars/items – Delivery: £4.50 – Royal Mail
3 Jars/items – Delivery: £4.50 – Royal Mail
4 – 6 Jars/items – Delivery: £6.99 – Hermes
7-9 Jars/items – Delivery: £7.99 – Hermes
9 or more jars – please contact us.
Delivery is expected to be 2 – 7 working days.

We use a specialised packing box to deliver the honey. The box can hold up to 3 jars. We can tape boxes together to make one parcel.
We do not take out shipping insurance on your behalf, if you wish to insure a large order please contact us using the phone number or email as indicated.
Orders will be sent by courier My Hermes, Royal Mail or similar (Standard Delivery)
Where free postage and packaging is offered, this applies to the UK only.

Returning Goods
You have the right to cancel and return your order. You must do so by notifying us either in writing to Hill Top Farm, hill Top Road, Thornton, Bradford, West Yorks, BD13 3QZ or by email info@denholmegatehoney.co.uk within 14 days from the day that you receivied the goods. It would help us if you were to provide a reason as to why you wish to cancel the order.
Providing the goods are returned in a saleable condition you will be entitled to a full refund plus shipping costs if paid at a basic rate
We pride ourselves on supplying a quality product, however if we supply you with a faulty product, you have a legal right to a full refund or replacement. In the event of this happening, please contact us by phone or email.
